By accessing pepmod.com or purchasing products from Pepmod, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this site.

2. Research-Use Products

All products sold by Pepmod are sold strictly for research purposes only. See our Research Use Disclaimer for the full scope of permitted use.

3. Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from Pepmod.

4. Shipping

Pepmod ships only to the United States and Canada. We do not ship to any other destination and we will not forward orders through a freight-forwarder address. Pepmod is not responsible for products seized in transit due to a forwarding service, attempted re-shipment, or misrepresented destination address.

5. Returns and Refunds

All sales are final due to the nature of these research products. We replace items that arrive damaged, are wrong, or are lost in transit. See the full Refund Policy for the request process and timelines.

6. Limitation of Liability

Pepmod's liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the purchase price of that product. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
